You have 30 days to return unwanted items. Find step-by-step instructions below:
- Click on “my orders and returns” in my account.
- Click on the order.
- Select the reason.* If you wish to return more than one product, choose “other” and explain each reason.
- Pack the package and place the return label which you will receive after a few days by email.
- Be sure to cover or remove the original shipping barcode on the box.
- Go to the nearest collection point to leave the package and make sure you keep proof of delivery.**
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.***

*In case the return is requested for an incorrect or damaged order, we will cover the return shipping costs. For items that do not suit you, the return costs are €6.90 in mainland France and Corsica. In this case, please remember that all returned products must be in their original packaging. Remember that the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used, since any type of damage or use results in a complete degradation of the value of the product and will not be refunded. Otherwise, the product will not be refunded. For defective products, no return will be considered and a refund will be made within 15 working days.
**Make sure your return does not exceed the maximum size allowed for the pickup point service or by the carrier. This option is only available for packages under 30kg with up to 120cm in length and a total size of 150cm (combined length and girth). ***Refund will be made once the order arrives at our facilities. Once arrived at our facilities, our quality department will check the condition of the product. The product must be in its original packaging and without damage. This process will take a maximum of 15 business days, depending on quantity and product.
